With the adaptation to the environment as base, two separated blocks are defined with an internal and private square common to all dwellings

The proposal takes into account bioclimatic and environmental adaptation concepts; hence two blocks have been designed (54+46) separated by an internal private communal square for all the properties. Due to their peripheral nature, the properties have large terrace areas. The buildings have been designed to achieve a varied, effective, flexible offer in line with current demand. So, on the ground floor we have two and three bedroom properties with gardens, and three bedroom properties on the other floors (the design changes slightly at each end, breaking the corners to crown the large area of brick with ample terraces). As a formal conception, the corner properties on the top floors have been adapted, turning them into duplexes and linking them with the loft. This strategy creates a volumetric interplay with their terraces which give character and identity to each block. In the loft area, the properties have two bedrooms and are freer and more flexible in their functional conception.

Taking advantage of the ample dimensions of the buildings and the large communal square, the properties offer good conditions in terms of sun exposure, ventilation and hygiene, since they are dual-facing. The types were established in the planning stage, which determined that one of the blocks should have a ground floor, five higher floors and a loft, and the other, lower in height, should have four storeys and a loft. However, in both cases, the loft is set back from the four sides of the building, with only the stair shafts standing out. Finally, the volumes present balconies and projected volumes jutting out from the façade, thereby generating a volumetric interplay that lightens the building and gives character to the sector.
