The building to be constructed above ground level will be three storeys high, two of which will be allocated to three residential properties spread over two floors, and the third floor will be used to house two single-storey properties. The topography of the terrain enables almost the entire ground floor to be hidden to the south, thereby reducing the apparent volume of the building.
