Cordovilla is an urban plan for a new neighbourhood close to the city of Pamplona. 4,000 new homes will be built, along with a technology park and all the urban services, infrastructure and areas required for the municipality's population, such as offices, educational, leisure, commercial and healthcare facilities, among others.

Cordovilla is an area with the capacity to become an element that links the east and west of Pamplona.

One of the priorities outlined for this plan was to design various pedestrian and cycling routes that will help to structure the territory, and become a sustainable design asset. This plan makes the urban structure fully prepared, so in the immediate future “La Morea" (a shopping area) and the area around the airport could be connected.
