The project is located in the new urban development area of C-Ring Road.

The building organization is based on the orientation and the solar protection by means of a set of diaphanous façades on which a perforated plate is located. This allows to maximize the natural light in the work spaces while the sheet acts of solar protection in unfavorable orientations.

The common facilities are located in the center of the building allowing an open distribution of work spaces with access to large windows, creating spatial fluidity that promotes interaction between workers.
