A space for those who, like visitors or pilgrims, are attracted for something more and look for a door: To arrive, to cross and to be...

Under the Shrine of the sixteenth century that meets the Sanctuary, a new symbolic reference is created to welcome the last gift of Oteiza to Arantzazu: The "Mystery" that the friar offers to the people, a sculpture donated in 2001 to his friend Bitoriano Gandiaga and cast by Tomás Bañuelos in 2005. An intimate and personal space that is not rival of the Basilica, nor religious protagonist. A space that is discovered between concrete walls and contains a single theme intended for the inner experience, meeting the restless with the original tradition of the Sanctuary: Path, Drama, Silence and Light. A space for those who, like visitors or pilgrims, are attracted for something more and look for a door: To arrive, to cross and to be. A personal sequence in another dimension of the Encounter.
