The Center for Primary Education, located in Sector No. 2 in the Zabalgana neighborhood, was born as a response to the proposed program of uses, to the best adaptation of access, guidance and use of external spaces linked to school activity . By means of an arrangement of two pieces in the form of opposite L, it is possible to generate the patios and the distinction of the educational phases present in the building (infantile and primary). Likewise, the proposal echoes two constructive strategies that define building.

On the one hand the provision of a large shed roof, which gives the building unity, and a fifth façade, which allows to resolve with guarantees the evacuation of the waters; and on the other hand the adoption of criteria of modulation and standardization that allow the easy adaptation and reform of the programmatic variations increasing of the phases of infantile and primary. As for the outdoor spaces, it should be noted that the organization seeks the protection of weather agents through porches that accompany the students from the entrance to all areas of the school and also delimit the playgrounds. On the other hand, the provision of a green perimeter mattress allows smoothing the settlement and protect the building in place.
