The renovation of the Concorde Hotel Restaurant is conceived as a crossroad between French taste and Italian cuisine.
The essence of the late XIX. century architecture translates into a dynamic space inspired by the idea of travelling Europe by train. Parisinian cafes and italian restaurants meet the industrial design to create a warm space based on cooper, brass and wood elements with beige and dark green tones.
A soft light gives the space an intimal and charming mood which involves the diner.
