Active ventilated façades

INTEGRATION OF INDUSTRIALISABLE CONSRUCTION SYSTEMS FOR ACTIVE VENTILLATED FACADES TO ASSURE ENERGY EFFICIENT CONSUMPTION AND THE QUALITY OF INTERIOR AIR. APPLICATION TO NON-RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS.

The aim of this project is to study the different possibilities of integrating active ventilated façades onto two types of different non-residential buildings: high-rise models (focusing on office buildings) and low-rise buildings (through school buildings). The integration of the AVF system with the building itself, and the ventilation and air circulation system will enable the best solution to be chosen for each case, also taking into account the environmental factors of the location, as well as the activity carried out inside and the uses made of the building itself.

Analysis of the industrialised construction systems used for AVFs will enable economic impact to be controlled along with environmental repercussions, the control and guarantee of materials, solutions and processes and will contribute to the reduction of incidents in the workplace.
