VENTILATION AIR HEATING SYSTEM WITH SOLAR ENERGY AND ADAPTIVE INTELLIGENCE
The project proposes to develop a market product energy-saving system based on the use of a modular industrialized greenhouse. The device has an intelligent management system linked to the ventilation system and adapted to the characteristics of the building roofs.
The main objective of the system is to significantly reduce the demand for heating, by efficiently converting solar radiation into heat and store its surplus. The generated heat is conducted inside the building as renewal air through a conventional ventilation system. On the one hand, the preheating system is highly insulated to prevent thermal losses and uses the greenhouse effect to raise the temperature of an inertial layer of high-absorptance material with photocatalytic functionalities to favour breaking down the pollutants present in the air.
On the other hand, the adaptive control system is responsible for the efficient management of the heat generated by the “greenhouses”, forecasting the dynamic performance of the homes, the greenhouses and anticipating the action of the conventional heating system. This control system is based on a heuristic algorithm, which learns over time the specificities of the climatic zone of the site, the architectural characteristics of the building, its user preferences and their demand patterns.
