Based on the new urbanization trends, the client required the construction of a compound that gathered all the necessary elements for a new urban lifestyle, a complex that included dwellings, a VIP area and a commercial area.

The result; a modern compound with 183 dwellings, 37 VIP villas and an open and airconditioned commercial area including restaurants, cafes, retail zone, gardens and a promenade.
