The project revolves around the new urban development area of C-Ring Road.

The Office Building consists in a structureof two basements, ground floor and two typical floors where we can locate 24 parking lots and five open spaces of offices.

The offices are designed following the concept of open work space where the interaction between the employees is guaranteed and allows a dynamic and comfortable working environment.

The space has been distributed in a way that ensures natural light inside the whole working area. The management areas are located on the perimeter divided by clear crystal partitions that produce bright interiors suitable for a working environment.
