The building is conceived as a modular structure capable of housing different companies within a series of repeated containers. Hence, particular importance has been given to the façade, as a unifying element for all the activities and an expression of the scale of the whole, which is resolved through the use, on the upper section, of a horizontal composition of prefabricated textured concrete panels which appear to float on a lower body, with lighter metal finishes, where the individual accesses are located which, when opened and closed randomly, create an image befitting an industrial estate.
