Commissioned by the Department of Strategic Projects in the Pamplona City Council, this document has been drawn up by the R&D/Innovation department of ah asociados, which specialises in research projects in relation to mobility and urban quality of life, with a view to studying vertical mobility solutions for the neighbourhood of Echavacoiz, bearing in mind both the current state and future development of the supramunicipal sector plan which will define the urban restructuring of the neighbourhood tied in with the new high speed railway station in Pamplona.
