Paseo de Echavacoiz Norte
The development responds to two basic objectives: to define the supporting surfaces (infrastructure, pavements, etc.) of a significant residential area and to design a linear park, another boundary of the elevated city, which affirms its character as a horizontal promenade, supported by the edge of the cliff, through a prefabricated concrete wall that clearly defines the boundary between the promenade and the natural embankment.
Conceived as a longitudinal piece, in continuity with other historic layouts of the city such as the Media Luna Park, its fundamental value lies in discovering a new landscape towards the south of the city, with three urban connection zones that create unique points within its linear layout.
In the center of this space, a galvanized steel and aluminum pergola soars over the pavement to create shade and suggest rest and a view towards the horizon of the Pamplona Basin.
