The housing development consists of three building units: two linear blocks that form an "L" in plan, and a tower. The project strategy is to materialize these three units as pure parallelepipeds, built with an exterior enclosure of precast white concrete at the ends and on the sides facing the least solar orientation. On the most favorable orientations, living rooms and kitchens are located, enclosed externally by a fiber-reinforced microconcrete panel enclosure, above balconies that support a perimeter "shell" or "mask" for solar protection, based on precast concrete mullions and lintels that act as a brise-soleil system.
