The project has a west-east orientation, with the main façade facing Felisa Munarriz Plaza. To take advantage of its location, the building seeks to open up to these views, with terraces overlooking this space. The most important elements of the home (living room, kitchen, and master bedroom) are always located exterior, while the bedrooms face east, toward the block's courtyard. The volumetric design follows the guidelines established by the planning, and the façade follows the rhythm established by the regulations, as does the neighboring buildings that face the plaza.
