Health Center in Soto de Lezkairu

The project opted for a block with a covered interior courtyard. Considering the two intended uses of the building (healthcare center and mental health center) and addressing the steep slope of the plot, two entrances are provided, one at each end. 

The project faces the street, except for the rooms and waiting areas, which open onto the interior courtyard. This not only allows the building to acquire a unique identity, connecting all floors both vertically and horizontally, but also allows for an interior plaza on the ground floor, making this project a more vibrant building.
