The proposed layout establishes a system of horizontal platforms connected by the internal roadway. The common area features a central platform housing a small multipurpose building with a service area and storage, the pool, and its associated beach area. The development features 70 two- and three-bedroom apartments in six blocks of ground and first floors.

The development's image is shaped by the resolution of the uneven levels and the low height of the blocks, resulting in a small-scale environment supported by the work on the volumetry of each block.
