The proposal comprises two almost parallel buildings configured as articulated linear volumes, adapting to the morphology of the site and the topography of Mount Ulía. These volumes are arranged in a stepped configuration in order to minimise the visual impact of the upper storeys on the green setting of Mount Ulía, while also enabling the creation of a series of terraces fully open to views and optimal solar exposure for all dwellings.

The architectural composition emphasises horizontality through the use of continuous bands with equal proportions of solid elements (planters and parapets) and voids (façade openings and infill panels). In this way, the proposal is conceived as a series of stone terraces extending across the hillside, set back progressively to generate the different terraces.

This horizontality is only interrupted by the introduction of vertical circulation cores associated with the entrance lobbies, expressed as vertical volumes on both the façade and the roofscape. These elements act as a counterpoint to the prevailing horizontality and as a link between the different strata.

The scheme includes a range of communal spaces, including a wine cellar, spa, gymnasium and gastronomic society, all integrated within the plinth of the upper block. The programme is complemented by an outdoor swimming pool located on the eastern side of the upper platform, with potential independent access from street level.
