This proposal is formed by two residential towers of 9 floors with a penthouse, emerging over a commercial area plinth. Each building is configured as a compact unit, with metal covered ventilated façades that contrast with the concrete used in the plinth. The different levels are shown by horizontal strips with different metal textures that change in each floor and that are cut by different sized window openings in a way that compactness is balanced by the dynamism of façades.
